Absolutely! We love our furry residents and even have a spacious on-site Dog Park. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. There is a $400 one-time pet fee (per pet), a $25 monthly pet rent (per pet), and a $28/year third-party pet screening fee.

We are a three-story garden-style community and do not have elevators. While this helps us keep community costs lower for our residents, we understand that stairs aren’t for everyone! Yes. For the health, safety, and comfort of all our residents, we are a smoke-free community. If you ever experience issues with smoke infiltration from neighboring units, please contact the leasing office immediately so we can enforce our community policies.

Valet trash is picked up on Sunday – Thursday. Please place your provided bin outside your door between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., and remember to bring your empty bin back inside by 9 a.m. the next morning.
Routine maintenance requests can be submitted 24/7 through your online resident portal. While our team works diligently to respond as quickly as possible, please allow 48 hours for non-emergency requests.
